After years of watching talented small business owners go unseen, Shane started The Roseburg Plug to turn invisible effort into visible impact. What began as a one-person idea has grown into a movement of creators, entrepreneurs, and local partners working together to amplify the voices of Douglas County.

In The News
Shane Named Program Director at KQUA
Shane Hayes has been named a program director at KQUA-LP, the volunteer-driven community radio station broadcasting on 99.7 FM in Roseburg and 90.5 FM in Glide, sharing the role with Joseph Ziegler, founder of The Roseburg Receiver. Together they'll oversee programming development and look for new ways to bring Douglas County stories to the airwaves, building on the existing partnership that already airs The Outlet Podcast on KQUA every Saturday.
