The Plug was founded by Shane Hayes, a local creator and storyteller who believes care is the most powerful marketing strategy there is.
After years of watching talented small business owners go unseen, Shane started The Roseburg Plug to turn invisible effort into visible impact.
What began as a one-person idea has grown into a movement of creators, entrepreneurs, and local partners working together to amplify the voices of Douglas County.
