Mixed by hand. Baked from scratch.
"Mama Ginger" is the name neighborhood kids gave her after 40 years of baking for them. She and her husband Tim used to run Granny's Mini Hut, a beloved Roseburg burger spot, before turning to cookies full time. Everything is mixed by hand out of a licensed kitchen in Roseburg, Oregon, no big mixers, no shortcuts.
Peanut butter cookies are made in a separate, sanitized area of the kitchen for allergy safety, and every order is baked fresh, not pulled from a freezer.
