The Roseburg Plug Has a Home in Downtown Roseburg

There are moments that feel bigger than an announcement. This is one of them.

The Roseburg Plug, alongside The Roseburg Receiver, has officially opened its first office and production studio in downtown Roseburg at 537 SE Main Street.

For a long time, this work didn’t belong to a building. It lived out in the community, in local businesses, in conversations, at events, and in the everyday places where real stories happen. The mission was always the same: help small businesses be seen, help local voices be heard, and shine a light on the people and organizations that make this community what it is.

Now, we have a space that reflects that mission.

But this isn’t just about four walls and a sign out front.

It’s about what that space represents.

It represents trust.

It represents community momentum.

It represents the people who believed in this work, supported it, shared it, and helped it grow into something bigger than an idea.

This downtown office and studio is a commitment, not just from us, but to Roseburg and Douglas County.

A commitment to making small businesses more visible.

A commitment to responsible, accurate local information.

A commitment to community storytelling that reflects the real people who live and work here.

A commitment to helping Roseburg grow stronger, more connected, and more informed.

The space will serve as a production studio, an office for research and reporting, and a place where local stories can be recorded, shared, and developed.

While much of the work still happens behind the scenes, having a visible downtown presence is an investment in the future of local media and local storytelling.

Being located just below KQUA Radio also opens the door to new ways of sharing information and strengthening communication across the community, through both digital platforms and radio.

Most importantly, this space exists because of you.

Every business owner who trusted us with their story.

Every community member who shared a post.

Every person who believed that local visibility matters.

We’re just getting started.

If you’re downtown stop in and say hello 😊
