Oakland Economic Development is a group of volunteer individuals and business members committed to the community as a whole — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing the historic town of Oakland, Oregon.
Strengthening the local economy, one Main Street at a time
Our purpose is to stimulate the economy of Oakland and the surrounding area by conducting and participating in activities that promote and enhance the business climate. We partner with regional organizations to bring events, tourism, and commerce to town — supporting the businesses already here and encouraging new ones to put down roots.
Monthly Meeting
Third Tuesday of every month · 9:00 AM
Oakland Coffee Co. · 137 Locust St, Oakland, OR 97462
Meetings run up to two hours and feature guest speakers and community updates. Visitors are always welcome.
Join us for $50 a year
Membership is open to businesses and community members who want to see Oakland flourish. Your annual dues directly fund the events and promotion that keep our town vibrant.
